READ THIS CONTRACT (FRONT AND BACK) CAREFULLY and fill in all blanks that apply
to your request.
Booth Holders
and their helpers must
comply with all Rules and Regulations.
Make a
copy of this contract for your files.
Complete, sign and send the contract with your payment to the Booth

Each
booth will include:
Two (2) 8 foot by * 30 inch draped tables, two (2) chairs, one (1) sign, and
wastebasket. * If the hotel,
or
Decorator does not have enough 8 foot tables, AND to keep your booth cost at
the amount stated below,
IPAT will have to
use some hotel tables that are 6 foot long. If this is necessary, the hotel will place 2 six foot
tables together to create a table.
Electricity: Hook up for electricity is $80.00
(Price is set by Hotel/Decorator
or Convention Center, not IPAT. Vendors must
furnish their own extension cords and other receptacles. Electricity must be paid for in advance (with your
final booth payment).
No firing of kilns.

Booths
will be assigned on a first come first served basis. All contracts not received at the 2005
convention will have the
postmark on the envelope used as the stamp of time. Exhibitors (Booth Holder) making full payment
with this contract will receive first consideration in booth
location. If your final payment is not
received by January 15, 2006 IPAT
has the
right to move exhibitor (Booth Holder) to the waiting list.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations
must be in writing.
Cancellations of reserved booth space(s), if received in writing before
NO
REFUNDS will be
allowed after January 15, 2006_.
The only exception is in the event your name is put on a waiting
list to receive a booth and a booth does
not become available for you. If this
should happen your full deposit will be refunded.
The
booth(s) you reserve may not be sublet or shared without consent of the IPAT BOOTH CHAIRMAN. Booth locations will
be determined by full payment of booth
fee, time sent, materials booth holder has for sale, and the number of booths
requested. Booth Chairman reserves the right to
locate all booths for a uniform appearance of flow of traffic. Additional information will be sent in Nov/Dec., 2005.
* SMOKING
IS PROHIBITED in commercial, exhibit and demo rooms. IF POSSIBLE a convenient smoking area will be
available.
* ANIMALS
ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE CONVENTION AREAS OR AT ANY CONVENTION ACTIVITY.
* Children must be supervised at all
times by a responsible adult.
IPAT, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, THE
CENTER,
ITS EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES OR
OFFICERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE
or LOSS TO BOOTH
HOLDERS OR THEIR HELPERS.
